Norbert Leo Off
(April 10, 1929– April21, 2008)

OFF - On Monday, April 21, 2008, Norbert Leo Off, late of Carlyle, SK, passed away peacefully at the age of 79 years. Leo was born on April 10, 1929. He was born and raised in Langenburg, SK. He lived and worked in different provinces until settling in Carlyle, SK. He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Sharon (Ward) Hehn, grandson Jesse Hehn, granddaughters, Jensina Hehn and Jolene Hehn, all of Rosemary, AB; grandsons, Richard (Bobby Jo) Clayton and Joe Clayton, great grandsons Brayden Clayton and William Clayton, all of Cold Lake, AB; sisters, Cecilia, Heddie and Loretta and sister-in-law Verna, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Leo was predeceased by his parents, Michael and Mary; son Richard; brothers, John, Michael and Francis (infancy); brothers-in-law Harry, Leo and Ted, and one step sister Mary. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. from the Roman Catholic Church of Our Lady, Carlyle, SK, by Rev. David Banga. Interment will take place in the Wordsworth Cemetery. Those so wishing may make donations to a charity of choice in Leo’s memory.
