Henrie Joseph Tessier
(October 3, 1927 - April 9, 2008)

TESSIER – On Wednesday, April 9, 2008, Henrie Joseph Tessier, late of Lampman, SK, passed away in Lampman at the age of 80 years. Henrie was predeceased by his parents, Maurice and Alice; son David; two brothers in infancy; sister-in-law Sylvia and brother-in-law Felix Gawel. He is survived by his loving family: wife of 49 years, Marie Tessier of Lampman; daughter Debra (Duane) Tomporowski; two grandchildren, Samantha and Will; four brothers, Phil, Armand (Rita), Everett (Darlene) and Br. Dominic; two sisters, Bernadette Gawel and Cecilia (George) McGillicky, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service for Henrie will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. from the chapel of Boire Funeral Home, Estevan, with Br. Dominic Tessier officiating. Interment will follow at 1:30 p.m. in the Arcola Cemetery. Those so wishing may make donations to the Lampman Community Health Centre in Henrie’s memory.
